Our first US b&b experience. Comfortable and nicely appointed room, though the large amount of windows and lack of door locks makes it feel like our privacy is limited. Grounds are wonderful and peaceful. Loved the cow. Wonderful hosts.
What a lovely experience made possible by lovely people, Marsha and Humble. This isn't your typical B&B--it's something much more unique and wonderful. 4 adults and our 2-yr old son stayed there while exploring the area, including Monhegan Island. If you are looking for "just a room", then this probably isn't your place. If you're looking for a unique Maine experience that you'll be pleasantly talking about for years, then you've found your place. Humble is a farmer, author, former professional entertainer, and story teller. Marsha is a most lovely and charming woman. You won't meet two more people like them. We can't recommend enough.
